Apply for MCA Denver Teen Internship

Failure Lab, the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver’s Teen Program, is an internship program for high school students. The program runs concurrent with the school year. Failure Lab is currently seeking interested students (current freshmen, sophomores, juniors) for the 2016-17 program. Applications are due on Monday, May 9, 2016.

Founded on the belief that risking failure is an integral element of creativity, MCA designed this program to provide teens with a unique opportunity to try out wild ideas. Always encouraged to take chances, teens engage with museum professionals, interact with artists, and work with other teens to organize exhibitions, programs, and events for their peers.

Failure Lab produces FREE events for Denver area teens throughout the year, ranging from art exhibitions to craft shows, from concerts to lectures.

P.S. At MCA Denver, admission to the museum is always FREE, everyday, for everyone 18 and under! How cool is that?
